EduOS — Personalized learning that works in the toughest places

EduOS is CX’s operating system for education. It turns funding into verified mastery gains through LO → Chain → Arc → Capstone, works offline and in local languages, and equips teachers with AI‑assisted tools to do more with less.

EduOS · Learning in action

Why EduOS for emerging markets

Teacher shortages, fragile infrastructure and heterogeneous curricula demand a platform that adapts to context while enforcing outcome integrity.

Adaptive, not one‑size‑fits‑all

AI‑driven personalization maps each learner’s path across micro‑units (LOs), then consolidates into Chains and Arcs for durable mastery.

Works offline; syncs lightly

Designed for irregular power and bandwidth: local caching, peer sync and deferred analytics uploads.

Local language & culture

Flexible content layers support rapid localization and community co‑creation of materials.

Outcomes by design

Transparent mastery dashboards, attendance and time‑on‑task underpin milestone‑based funding.

How EduOS works

1) LO → Chain → Arc → Capstone

Students progress through 5–15 minute Learning Objects (LOs). Completing LOs forms Chains (a “stripe”), Chains unlock Arcs, and Arcs culminate in Capstones with real‑world tasks.

2) Teacher co‑pilot

AI suggests groupings, remediation and formative checks; teachers remain in control with simple tools.

3) Data ↔ funding loop

Clean, auditable metrics trigger tranche releases from philanthropic sponsors, aligning incentives with learning.

Philanthrocapitalist model

Visionary sponsors fund cohorts with milestone‑based tranches (enrolment, attendance, mastery, capstone completion). Capital efficiency improves as content and teacher tooling localize.

  • • Transparent reporting & third‑party verification
  • • Cohort‑level and learner‑level analytics exports
  • • Option for co‑branding and donor engagement portals

90‑day pilot → scale

  1. Discovery (Weeks 0–3): objectives, curricula, constraints
  2. Localization (Weeks 2–6): language, content, ops plan
  3. Pilot (Weeks 6–14): 300–600 learners, 10–20 teachers
  4. Scale (Week 14+): cohort expansion, hardware roll‑in
Hardware optional: Android tablets or existing devices; MDM & offline sync supported.

Responsible by design

Protection, transparency and local stewardship are built into EduOS.

Privacy & safety

Minimal data collection, data residency options, parental consent flows and role‑based access.

Open metrics

Plain‑language indicators with exportable underlying series for independent auditors.

Local capacity

Train‑the‑trainer programs and content fellowships build durable regional capability.

Ethics board

Periodic reviews of AI use, content policy and unintended consequences.
